This is a tried-and-true recipe for a graham cracker crust, perfect for your pies, and you will not regret it! Start by crushing graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin. The texture should be fine and powdery, almost like sand. Mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until the mixture is well combined and holds together when pressed between your fingers. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of your pie dish. The crust should be even and smooth, with a slight crumbly texture that adds to its charm. Bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes until it's lightly golden. Let it cool completely before filling with your favorite pie filling. The result is a sturdy, buttery crust that complements any pie filling beautifully, from classic apple to exotic key lime. This crust is not only delicious but also incredibly easy to make, making it a go-to for any pie enthusiast.
