This Homemade Coffee Creamer recipe is so simple to make. Just mix 1 3/4 cups of oatmilk or almond milk with 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk and a tablespoon of vanilla extract. Shake or whisk it up, and voila! You've got a creamy, delicious coffee topping that lasts up to two weeks in the fridge. It's perfect for those mornings when you need a little extra sweetness in your coffee.

Ingredients

  • • 1 3/4 cups Oatmilk or almond milk
  • • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1.Combine all ingredients in a quart-sized mason jar.
  2. 2.Shake or whisk to mix well.
  3. 3.Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or until the milk expiration date.

Notes

  • • Swap vanilla extract for almond, peppermint, or hazelnut extract.
  • • Add cocoa powder for a mocha flavor.
  • • Use dairy-free sweeteners like sugar, brown sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
