This Potato Salad & Frankfurter recipe is a twist on the classic, with hot dogs adding a smoky, savory element that pairs perfectly with the creamy dressing. The potatoes are baked, microwaved, or cooked in a pressure cooker until tender, ensuring a comforting, hearty dish. With just a few simple ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, and parsley, this dish is a no-fuss way to enjoy a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • • 5-6 medium potatoes sliced
  • • 1 lb hot dogs
  • • 3/4 tsp salt
  • • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • • 1/4 cup oil
  • • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • • 2 Tbsp parsley

Steps

  1. 1.Mix everything and cook in pressure cooker (4 quart) until potatoes are cooked!

Notes

  • • This recipe can also be made via baking in oven, or heating in microwave (covered). Just ensure potatoes are cooked through!
