A classic egg salad is hard to beat, and it's so easy to make! Just start by hard-boiling 8 large eggs, letting them cool, peeling them, and then chopping them up. In a bowl, mix the eggs with a good splash of mayonnaise, a sprinkle of chopped green onions, and a dash of prepared yellow mustard. Season with a pinch of paprika, a bit of salt, and a little pepper for a perfect balance of flavors. It's a quick and delicious lunch or snack that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • • 8 large eggs
  • • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • • 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
  • • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • • Salt & pepper to taste

Steps
