Ingredients

  • • 12 oz penne pasta
  • • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • • ½ tsp salt
  • • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • • 2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • • 2 green onions, sliced
  • • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1.Cook pasta as directed in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2.Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. 3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 mins, until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4.In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic to make the bang-bang sauce.
  5. 5.Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Pour the bang-bang sauce over and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. 6.Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
